Bio
Jill Green serves as the Head Coach of Women's Soccer at Tacoma Community College, a role she has embraced since 2015. Before assuming her current position, she was TCC's Assistant Women's Soccer Coach in the 2014-15 season. Her leadership is dedicated to creating champions both on and off the field, empowering athletes with skills and values that extend beyond the game. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her accolade as the West Region Coach of the Year in 2025.
Jill was a Head Coach at Washington Premier FC from 2013 to 2023. She also serves as the Head Coach and Girls Director at Mount Rainier FC, roles that underscore her extensive experience in coaching and athlete development.
An alumna of The Evergreen State College, Jill earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. During her college years, she was a team captain for the women's soccer team.
Outside of her professional commitments, Jill enjoys hiking, motorcycle riding, baking, and gardening.
